Refund Policy

On purchasing the packages from MasterMind, the author is eligible for refunds only if there is a violation of agreement from the side of Publisher. This is mentioned by the publishing agreement as well.

If you are participating in any writing program or challenge hosted by MasterMind, you can ask for refund only till the registrations are open for the same and the program/challenge hasn't started yet. Once the program/challenge starts, the promised service will be considered as delivered, and you'll NOT be eligible for refund, whether or not you actively submit your work for the same.

Once approved by our team, refund amount would be transferred within 10-12 working days to your account.
